There are three lengths available for the VARIT file: the short length measuring 155mm, middle length 185mm and the longest length at 215mm.
Applications
We have newly introduced Flat, Curved Shape, Z-shape files specially designed for deburring tasks, reaching places that straight files cannot.
This file is uniquely engineered for deburring — a function often overlooked until now. Conventional files have teeth angled to glide smoothly over wide surfaces, but this causes too much slipping when working on narrow contact areas typical in deburring.
The VARIT files feature teeth angles precisely adjusted to prevent slipping even on small contact points, allowing for accurate and effective deburring. Additionally, the straight structure is adopted instead of tapered edges, which are unnecessary for deburring, making the process even easier.
These files come in the most common sizes that are easy to handle and fit comfortably in the hand. You are welcome to download the STL file and 3D print it to see how the size and shape fit your project.
